Family planning experts in Nasarawa state, Monday, urged spouses to embrace family planning services.
They specifically emphasised the need for husbands to always support their wives in the practice.
Speaking during her presentation at a three-day workshop on family planning in Lafia, state coordinator, The Challenge Initiative (TCI) Dr. Deborah Hassan encouraged families, especially husbands to support their wives to access planning services to the good of their family and society in general.
She said TCI was out to strengthen the capacity of states on family planning issues as well as to build the capacity of Journalists on how to report family planning issues better.
